ARRIVAL AND PICK-UP PROCEDURES
Arrival - Teachers are involved with various classroom preparations before class begins, so we ask that you do not bring your child until that time. An adult must bring the child into the classroom and remain until the teacher greets the child. Due to state regulation, the child MUST BE SIGNED IN AND OUT EACH DAY on the sign-in/sign-out clipboard. The form must be signed with the time and full first and last name of the adult picking up. When a designated individual other than the parent is collecting a child, picture ID must be presented. An emergency card is provided for all names of persons to whom your child may be released.
Pick-up - Each day at the regular pick-up time all parents are asked to stay outside until your child's teacher opens the door to dismiss the class. If you would like to talk to a teacher for an extended time, please arrive ten minutes late and your child will be released to you when the other parents are gone.
